- The competition is open to residents of India aged 18 years and above.
- Employees of AdaniConneX, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging the competition cannot participate in the competition.
- No entry fee or additional purchase is required to enter this competition.
- By entering this competition, the entrant consents to give his/her/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The entry to the competition and details of how to enter will be shared via Instagram.
- Only one entry will be accepted per Instagram handle. Multiple entries from the same handle will be rejected.
- Starting date for entries is 21st December from 13:00 Hours IST. The closing date for entry will be 26th December at 23:59 hours IST. No further entries to the competition shall be permitted beyond 27th December.
- The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
- The entrant must follow @lifeatadaniconnex on Instagram prior to entering the competition.
- The entrant is required to share a meme via post/story tagging user handle @lifeatadaniconnex using the following hashtags: #BetaTumKarteKyaHo and #BetaTumKarteKyaHoMemeContest hashtag.
- In case the profile is locked, the entrant will need to share a screenshot of the posted meme at @lifeatadaniconnex on Instagram.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- The prizes are as follows: 5 winners to receive an Amazon Gift Voucher worth ₹5000/-
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. - Winners will be chosen on the basis:
- Creativity
- Complete adherence to rules
- The winners will be announced on 31/12/22. The winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Messages (DM) within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within the stipulated 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw/cancel the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
- The promoter will notify the winner when, where and how the prize can be collected/delivered.
- The promoter’s decision regarding all matters to do with the competition will be final. The involvement of any correspondence is strictly prohibited.
- The competition and its terms and conditions will be governed by federal law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India (Ahmedabad tentative).
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her/their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with the current Indian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other platform.
- Non-compliance to any of the rules stated on this web page will automatically lead to disqualification.
- Entries made using methods generated by scripts, macro or use of bots or automated devices will be void.
- The prizes are as stated, are not transferrable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
- Content of the meme should not be vulgar , offensive , abusive or have any political/religious mention.
